Forms

Every encoding of INVEPT that Intel XED knows, one row per XED instruction form (iform). How to read the notation.
InstructionEncodingRequires
INVEPT r64, m128 64-bit mode only INVEPT_GPR64_MEMdq66 0F 38 80 /rVMX
INVEPT r32, m128 not in 64-bit mode INVEPT_GPR32_MEMdq66 0F 38 80 /rVMX
INVEPT r64, m128 INVEPT_GPR64i64_MEMi128_APXEVEX.LLZ.F3.MAP4.WIG F0 /rAPX_F + VMX

CPUID and processors

Each form belongs to an XED ISA set. A form can be used when the processor reports every CPUID bit of one of its ISA set's alternatives.

CPUID requirements and processors of the XED ISA sets above. Alternatives are separated by “or”; processors follow XED’s chip model, which covers AMD processors up to Zen 2.
